This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on O-2021-003, an ordinance to close and abandon a portion of Right-Of-Way on the Parkway, near Connie Houston Drive. The public hearing will be Monday, March 15, 2020, at 6:00 P.M. at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.

Further information on this proposed Right-of-Way Abandonment may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
