Notice of Public Hearing 12/5/2022 - Proposed ROW Abanonment

This will serve as legal notice that a public hearing has been scheduled to receive any public comment on O-2022-027, an ordinance to close and abandon a portion of Right-Of-Way Red Cedar Ridge Road. The public hearing will be Monday, December 5, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at the regularly scheduled meeting of Board of Mayor and Aldermen.

Further information on this may be obtained prior to the public hearing by contacting the Office of Planning & Development at Sevierville City Hall by calling 453-5504 during regular office hours, Monday through Friday.
